I am a developer, art of living fan, a technology enthusiast, an entrepreneur wannabe, and much more. This is a Django project intended to create a playground portfolio using different technology stacks, open source projects, experiments, and whatever possible.

My Experience in a Timeline

This is a summary of my experiences, and major milestones of life.

  • Graduated from Highschool.

    Started learning how to code.

  • Learned how to code.

    Learned basics of Fortran, C++, and Java. Coded a basic car racing game in C++.

  • Moved to UMN.

    Moved to University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, for my first Undergrad degree in Electrical Engineering. I tried out a variety of fields within the major such as Computer Architectures, Processor Microarchitectures, Digital chip design & verification, Optics and Signal Processing, etc.

  • Worked on a System On Chip RTL

    Designed and implemented digital blocks of a Transceiver on Chip using System Verilog, Cadence, and other designtools.

  • First startup experience

    Things I Learned was the first time I attempted learning the intricacies of a startup along with some amazing people. We aspired to provide a face to every thread of knowledge online while trying to keep the data managed. LAMP stack with Django were the core technologies we used.

  • Moved back to UMN.

    Moved back to University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, for my first Postgrad degree in Computer Science. Here I learned more about Web Development and Human Computer Interaction, Flash Storage Architectures, Artificial Intelligence and more.

  • Another taste of a starup

    As a college based startup, lunchbox attempted at bringing brick and mortar restaurants online and on mobile, primarily using LAMP stack with CakePHP.

  • Civic sector experience

    While working at CRG, I got to learn several technologies, and vertical aspects of web development as a service and govt 2.0

  • Got Married =)

    Got married to my lovely wife Swati.

  • Entering into security business

    Primarily using Django on LAMP stack to implement multiple automation tools and features to ease out business and engineering processes across all types of security assessments and audits.
